1. What KALKI Is

KALKI AI is a free civic intelligence platform built for the people of Nepal. It provides AI-powered assistance for governance questions, corruption reporting, benefits eligibility, and civic education. KALKI is provided free of charge and will remain free for all citizens.

KALKI is a civic tool, not a legal service. Information provided is for educational purposes. For legal matters, consult a qualified attorney.

2. No Warranties

KALKI AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bishal Bhattarai and the KALKI team make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

AI responses may contain errors. Always verify critical information from authoritative government sources.

3. User Responsibilities

By using KALKI, you agree to:

• Use KALKI only for lawful purposes and in good faith
• Take responsibility for the accuracy of any community reports you submit
• Not submit false, defamatory, or malicious reports
• Not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or reverse-engineer KALKI's AI systems
• Not use KALKI to harass, defame, or harm individuals

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. KALKI's AI moderation screens reports but cannot guarantee accuracy.

5. Service Availability

KALKI may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors outside our control. We strive for maximum uptime but make no guarantees. The free tier may experience cold start delays after periods of inactivity.
